You are cordially invited to the Saturday site for the market stalls in the All Saints Church yard grounds. The site is available from 10:00 – 17:00 on the day of the event. Festivities in the Church yard will start at 11:00.

On the Saturday, running concurrently, the Church grounds will also be host to Morris, Appalachian and Folk Dancing. This event is held in the grounds fronting the Church. The annual music and arts festival is a special attraction for visitors.

Please note, we are a non profit making organisation and rely solely on voluntary effort.

There are Saturday stall spaces available and you should feel free to apply for a space for your stall by contacting us on the numbers below. These will be extremely popular with the general public and will continue to generate interest throughout the day. Once you have forwarded your cheque and the attached application form, you are unlikely to hear from us until the end of August (unless we run out of room before your application reaches us). We will send you details of your site position, together with times of entry etc. Set-up is from 10 am Saturday (Not before). All stalls are to be dismantled by 4pm on the Saturday afternoon.

Please provide your own tables and chairs plus any power you may require (i.e. generator for lighting) if possible. If not please indicate this in the form provided. Also, depending on the weather, you may wish to consider bringing a tent or gazebo.

If you would like to reserve you stall space, please return the attached form as soon as possible since space on the day is restricted. Applications will be dealt with on a strict “first come first served basis”.

The market stall pitch sizes are in units of 10ft. Maximum depth of any stall must not exceed 10ft. Any other sizes please ask for special quote.
(Please note that Electricity is not available). For all stalls the special rate this year is £10.
